Mike has 37 years of applicable experience in project management and structural engineering. His experience in port, waterfront, and ferry facilities includes facility planning, seismic and structural design, rehabilitation of timber/concrete/steel marine structures,above and underwater condition assessments, and the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PS&E). He is also a certified commercial diver, dive supervisor and dive safety officer with the WSP underwater inspection team. He is a registered structural engineer, a LEED accredited professional, and a Federal Highway Administration certified bridge inspection leader.
