Senior Leader and Program Manager with over 34 years of experience in the Transportation and Goods Movement business.
Responsible for business development, client relations and the management of planning, design and construction projects within the Transportation and Port and Marine business sector. Experienced in multi-modal freight planning and civil/structural designs for major port, intermodal and transportation projects, including conventional, semi-automated and fully automated container terminals and intermodal rail yards. He has served the port, rail and intermodal industry both nationally and internationally.
Responsible for the growth and delivery of Transportation and Goods Movement infrastructure business and programs, and leading cross-functional teams.
Have led and managed the planning, development, permitting and designs of port terminals, rail and intermodal facilities for many Port Authorities, Terminal Operators and Class I railroads. Experience includes managing large, multidisciplinary teams, working on design-build projects, as well as design-build-operate-maintain-finance projects and Public Private Partnerships.
