Ryan Couto is a supervising structural engineer and vice president at WSP, with a wide range of experience covering various project types such as transit and airport facilities, institutional facilities, commercial buildings, residential buildings, and parking structures. He also has extensive experience leading Lean design and construction work planning efforts on a variety of complex projects. Ryan has extensive experience and expertise in the structural condition assessment and renovation of existing building structures. Ryan is currently the project manager for the MBTA Pawtucket Layover Building project and deputy project manager for the MBTA South-Side Maintenance Facility project, and is also the Project Coordinator and Lean Design & Construction Facilitator for the Boston Logan Airport Terminal E Garage project.
