Mr. Tirado is a Maritime & Coastal Senior Project Manager and Project Director for GHD with over 28 years of combined military and engineering experience. He has a long track record for successfully managing large multidisciplinary teams while delivering complex marine planning, engineering, and construction projects across the world. Mr. Tirado was based out of San Diego, CA until his recent relocation to Hilton Head, South Carolina where he is expanding GHD's maritime presence throughout the east coast of the US.
