Mr. Erbland has over 25 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering and is a Principal Engineer in the Stantec Tampa office. He has been involved in numerous foundation and soil studies including deep and shallow foundation analysis, foundation settlement, karst evaluations, slope stability, pile load testing, wave equation analyses, vibration monitoring, pavement design, evaluation of soft soil sites, and roadway studies. He has additional specialized experience in marine geotechnical evaluations relating to marinas, bulk storage terminals, container storage yards, bulkheads, and offshore terminals. His experience covers the southeastern United States as well as the Caribbean and South America.
