Frank Yang was the project engineer during the design and construction support for the National City Marine Terminal, Berth 24-10 Rehabilitation Project. He has been with WSP USA (formerly BergerABAM) for 27 years. His experience includes in the design of pier, wharf, seawall, guideway, and floating structures. Frank received his BSCE from University of Washington and his MS in Civil and Structural Engineering from Stanford University. He is a member of ASCE, SEI, and COPRI, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington, California, and Alaska.
