Alison Lunny is a Boston-based project coordinator and structural engineer who works on transportation facility and transit and rail projects at WSP. She has experience with implementing collaborative work planning tools with teams, providing technical support on heavy rail, light rail, bus, and commuter ferry vehicle projects, and supporting in the structural design of transportation buildings with WSP. She also has experience in providing technical assistance on accessibility standards for state facilities and transportation planning.

Alison has experience implementing project management strategies such as Lean project delivery methods on large transportation facility projects. Within these roles, she has facilitated multi-year program planning sessions, facilitated focused multi-week work planning sessions, led progress meetings, delivered weekly project updates to project teams and clients, and administered quality control/quality assurance practices.
