As Taylor Engineering’s senior vice president and leader of the firm’s waterfront engineering group, Mr. Armbruster oversees efforts across a spectrum of activities from feasibility analysis through final design and construction phase services for a range of projects including port, marine, and waterfront infrastructure; marine terminal structures; dredging projects; dredged material management facilities; hydraulic control structures; pile foundation structures; and shore protection installations.

Mr. Armbruster is a member of ASCE and ASCE’s Coasts, Oceans, Ports & Rivers Institue (COPRI); serves on COPRI’s Ports and Harbors Committee; and is a member of the Ports ’25 Organizing Committee. Mr. Armbruser is also a member of the Florida Engineering Society, American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) Facilities Engineering Committee, and AAPA Harbors and Navigation Committee.
