Vincent Besson, MS Eng, is a Maritime Planner at WSP with seven years of experience in port and terminal planning. He specializes in strategic planning, master planning, and capacity analysis, supporting diverse projects across North and South America.

His notable projects include the Port of Gulfport Master Plan, several studies for the Port of Oakland, and the Bahia Blanca Master Plan in Argentina. Vincent has also contributed to offshore wind port feasibility studies and due diligence for major terminal operations in the U.S. and Canada.
