Natasha Fudge is the Director of Engineering Services for the Port of Corpus Christi, one of the nation's largest ports. She is a professionally licensed engineer in the state of Texas and is in charge of leading the engineering execution of the Port's capital infrastructure program and maintenance/upgrade/rehabilitation projects, which include planning, marine infrastructure projects, roads and uplands, rail, and inspection/asset management. Natasha was heavily involved in the Port's successful design-build procurement and delivery of a greenfield cement import dock which is the topic of her presentation.
Jyotirmoy Sircar is a Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President in the ports and maritime division of WSP. He is a professionally licensed engineering in the states of Texas and California and is a hands-on marine structural and civil engineer focused on pursuing and providing PS&E design-bid-build and design-build marine infrastructure and container terminal projects domestically and internationally. Jyotirmoy was heavily involved as a technical specialist and handover project manager for this project.
