Bill is located in foothills of the Rocky Mountains outside of Denver, Colorado, where he works as a structural engineer with WSP's maritime group. He has 13 years of experience and is currently focused on maritime and industrial projects with the Navy in the Pacific Northwest. Bill has a BS in Civil Engineering and MS in Structural Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a registered civil and structural engineer. Bill is also an active member of the COPRI Piers and Wharves Standards committee.
