Jennifer Lim is a team lead for ports and offshore wind at Moffatt & Nichol. She has over a decade of experience in the structural design and evaluation of marine infrastructure and specializes in offshore wind terminals. Jennifer has authored numerous state and federal reports assessing both existing and greenfield sites for offshore wind ports, including the California Assembly Bill 525 Port Readiness Plan. She is currently supporting several offshore wind port projects on the US West Coast.
