Shane Phillips is a professional civil and coastal engineer with 30 years’ consulting experience related to coastal, ports, marine and waterfront facility planning and engineering. He is a licensed professional civil engineer in 7 states, certified floodplain manager (CFM), and ASCE ACOPNE Board Certified Port & Coastal Engineer. He leads multidisciplinary teams of architects, planners, regulatory specialists, engineers, and scientists on complex infrastructure projects ranging from feasibility assessments through project completion. Project experience includes those requiring strategic planning, stakeholder and public involvement, regulatory permitting, hydrodynamic processes evaluations and complex waterfront infrastructure development. Waterfront and coastal experience along Western US Pacific Coast, Gulf of Mexico, Carribean and Central America. Currently serving as Pacific Northwest Operations Manager for Northern CA to Alaska.
