Matt Woltman is a Principal Engineer with Anchor QEA in Seattle, Washington and is a licensed professional engineer and engineering geologist in Washington State. He has over 20 years experience working at Port, government, and industrial sites along the west coast of the United States and in western Canada supporting both site cleanup and redevelopment opportunities. Matt currently serves as the Porject Manager and lead engineer for design and permitting efforts at the Port of Bellingham's Whatcom Waterway Phase 2 Cleanup site located in Bellingham, Washington. The cleanup effort is being managed by the Port and the Washington State Department of Ecology under the Model Toxics Cleanup Act program.
