Angela Ragusa, P.E., CDT, MPA is a Civil Engineer for the Port of Los Angeles Engineering Division. She has ten years of experience as a design engineer, specification writer, and project manager. She is currently the Project Manager of the Berths 177-182 Marine Improvements project. In addition, she implemented the usage of RIB's SpecLink Cloud at the Port for specification writing and manages the Port's Master Specifications. She has her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Public Administration from California State University of Long Beach. She is a past Board Chair of ASCE COPRI and is an active member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Los Angeles Chapter.
