With the Port of Long Beach, Austin has devoted a decade of his career to supporting the construction of the $1.5 Billion Middle Harbor Program, one of the most technologically advanced and greenest cargo terminals in the world. He is a subject matter expert in concrete pile installation, wharf deck and rock dike construction, and contract change management procedures. Austin is a Board-Certified Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager.
