He has been with POLB for over a decade in a leadership role for the development, growth, and implementation of various GIS/Geospatial initiatives for the Port of Long Beach.
Mr. Hernandez, received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and is a registered Professional Engineer with the State of California. He is an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) American Public Works Association (APWA), Project Management Institute (PMI), Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA), and Geospatial Information and Technology Association (GITA).
