Hugo A. Cisneros, P.E., M.ASCE, is a Civil Engineer with the Engineering Division of the Port of Los Angeles and is the Project Manager for the Wilmington Waterfront Development Program. Currently, he is managing the design of the Wilmington Waterfront Promenade project and the Avalon Promenade and Gateway project, which will create community amenities that will separate Wilmington from Port operations and will connect Wilmington with its historic waterfront. He has over 17 years of experience in the project management, design, construction, and maintenance of waterfront facilities. Hugo graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California.
