Matthew N. Martinez is a registered civil and structural engineer in CA and other states. His career has focused on the above and below water inspection and rehabilitation of marine waterfront structures, with more than 45years of experience with national and international projects. He is a Vice President with Moffatt & Nichol and serves as leader of Moffatt & Nichol’s Inspection and Rehabilitation Discipline. Matt is Past President (2003) of the Structural Engineers of San Diego, and Past Chairman of ASCE’s National Ports & Harbors Committee. He currently serves as a U.S. Commissioner to PIANC (the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure)
