Stephen Owen, PE, is an engineering department manager for Marine Solutions, Inc., specializing in both inland and coastal ports and marine terminals. His experience includes condition assessments, rehabilitation of existing structures, mooring and berthing systems, and design of new waterfront structures including piers, bulkheads, mooring cells, wave screens, and flood walls. Mr. Owen is also an ADCI-certified dive supervisor with expertise in above water and underwater inspections and structural evaluations of marine structures.

Stephen received his BS degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and his MS degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Virginia.
