Rebecca Desrosiers, PE, is a Principal Engineer with Anchor QEA and is the Director of Practice Areas. She is a consultant with a multi-discipline background in environmental, geotechnical and coastal engineering. Her 25+ year career has focused on the remediation, restoration and redevelopment of waterfront properties. She is an active member of PIANC and serves as the Chair of PIANC's Workgroup 227 on Environmental Windows, which is the subject of her talk. Rebecca is also a Rhode Island native and excited to be back in her home state - go Rhody!
