Mr. Sequeira has been part of AECOM for the last twelve (17) years, most of which has been in the Port’s and Marine arena. He has led Port designs for private, public and defense agencies in the United States and around the world. He earned his bachelors in civil engineering from the University of Mumbai and Masters in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater Oklahoma. He is a Marine Terminal Operations Professional (MTOP) from California State University Long Beach’s Center for international trade and Transportation (CITT). He currently serves on ASCE COPRI’s national port and harbor’s committee. He is a professional civil engineer licensed in the states of California, Texas, Louisiana.
