David Street, P.E., M.ASCE, has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Washington State University. He has more than twelve years of structural engineering experience with design of port and marine infrustructure projects. He has worked on a variety of waterfront facilities including liquid bulk handling docks & piers, bulk-handling terminals, LNG facilities, and container, cruise, and ro-ro terminals. His experience includes planning and layout; operational analysis and design of pile-supported piers & wharves, dolphins and bulkhead systems. He also has experience with design of upland components of marine terminals including pavement, rail, and crane infrastructure.
