Ryan was a Senior Project Engineer with Collins Engineers. He has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from UMass Dartmouth and over 15 years of specialized experience in planning, design, inspection, permitting, repair, and construction of marine structures. His expertise extends beyond structural and geotechnical design to include nature-based solutions, resiliency assessments and design, and adaptive design for sea-level rise and climate change. Ryan works with various private, municipal, and government clients and has designed and managed complex and diverse Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects, with an approach to developing realistic, practical, and economical solutions.
