Mr. Justin Reynolds, P.E. is a Senior Consulting Engineer with SGH in Los Angeles, California, with more than 10 years of experience working primarily with marine structures and industrial facilities. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering, M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and M.B.A. from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. His projects range from designing new structures to investigating and evaluating existing structures and designing retrofits for discovered deficiencies. He is the structural Project Manager and Lead Engineer for the Alameda Landing Wharf rehabilitation. The structural assignments for this project include a detailed wharf structural inspection, repair design, wharf seismic analysis, wharf retrofit, and structural design of topside structures. Mr. Reynolds is proficient in mooring analysis, structural design, structural detailing, and constructability analysis for maritime and refinery structures.
