John Loftus, a 2003 graduate of Marquette University with a BS in Civil Engineering, is a senior project manager with Marine Solutions, Inc. He is a registered professional engineer in nine states, an NBIS-qualified inspection team leader, and an ADCI-certified dive supervisor with broad experience in inspection, assessment, rehabilitation, hydrographic surveying, and sonar imaging of submerged structures. He has performed over 2,000 above water and underwater structural inspections throughout his 19-year career. He has extensive experience performing surveys and underwater 2D and 3D sonar imaging, and is proficient in various software programs to aid in performing waterfront inspections.
