Jyotirmoy Sircar is a Senior Project Manager and Vice President in the ports and maritime division of WSP. He is a professionally licensed engineering in the states of Texas, California, North Carolina, and Rhode Island and is a hands-on marine structural and civil engineer focused on pursuing and providing PS&E design-bid-build and design-build marine infrastructure and container terminal projects domestically and internationally. Jyotirmoy was the project manager for this project.
