Over 30 years experience in the planning, design and construction of waterfront and marine structures in the US and Caribbean.
Designed or managed the design of all cruise terminal and cargo berths in Port Canaveral since 1986.
Previously, 10 years experience with the design and construction of space launch facilities at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and its downrange tracking stations.
Adjunct Professor at Florida Institute of Technology from 1980 to 2007.
Member of PIANC Working Group 152: Guidelines for Cruise Terminals
Authored and/or co-authored technical papers at the ASCE Ports Conferences in 1995, 1998, 2001, 2004, 2007, 2013, and 2016.
