Dan O’Connor is a Senior Vice President with Collins Engineers, Inc. He is a graduate of Lehigh University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and he has been involved in a wide variety of waterfront inspection, design, planning, and construction projects for over 25 years. Dan works with a variety of private, municipal, and government sector clients and is a member of ASCE’s Ports and Harbors committee and is currently the Secretary for PIANC Working Group 233, tasked with developing and writing a guideline for the inspection, maintenance & repair of waterfront facilities. Dan is a licensed structural engineer and an ADCI certified diver.
