Jeremiah earned his bachelors, masters, and PhD degree all from the University of Texas at Austin. While at UT, Jeremiah participated in a research project to develop wireless monitoring systems for use in evaluating fatigue damage in fracture-critical bridges. Jeremiah is a Senior Associate at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, in their Austin office. While at WJE, he has been involved in many types of projects, but has focused recently on large infrastructure projects. Jeremiah is a voting member of ACI 562, Evaluation, Repair, and Rehabilitation of Concrete Buildings, and ACI 348, Structural Reliability and Safety.
